The Farm O'Daniel Farms is family owned and operated. We have been in business since 1987. Our farm consists of 116 acres. We have a 3,000 sq. ft. greenhouse, and a 3,000 sq ft. cold frame. The cold frame (essentially an unheated greenhouse) enables us to extend the normal growing season of cool season crops. Using all natural methods we grow lettuce, spinach, and other cool season crops in the cold frame. We market these crops to an array of local restaurants and individuals. We are a member of the KY Proud Program. Kentucky Proud defines agricultural products that are raised or produced in Kentucky by Kentuckians. |
